Benn joins the Property Brokers team after spending 18 years in the automotive industry, after purchasing Vogel Motors based in Lower Hutt back in 2005 Benn found his inner entrepreneur and started and purchased a few businesses over the next few years, one of which happens to be a 6 tonne Monster Truck business which has given Benn a new skill and passion for marketing and we have been advised to watch this space.

Benn and his wife Julie decided on a slight change of lifestyle and moved over to Greytown in early 2006 where they purchased a lifestyle block in Woodside, Benn had been commuting for the past 10 years Benn felt it was time to bring his passion for marketing and innovation with his values of good old fashion customer service to an industry that he has the platform and flexibility to do so.

Benn is also part of the world’s largest referral organisation Business Network International (BNI) in which he has been a member for the past 10 years, it has also expanded Benn’s career options which saw him become a Director Consultant for BNI mid last year.

Benn’s ongoing commitment to personal development, passion for marketing and innovation has seen his automotive business win MTA repair of the year and have been runner up finalists over the past few years, this has lead to the successful training of some award winning staff. The team is what Benn is all about, he understands the values of team work in his own business and with Property Brokers and this is one element that attracted him to this company. When asked what he was looking forward to the most about a career in Real estate, his answer was the opportunity to pick his daughter up after school.
